1) POTATO – 1 CUP BOILED
2) TOMATO – 1 TBSP
3) ONION – 1 CHOPPED
4) CUCUMBER – 1 TBSP CHOPPED
5) NAMKEEN PURI – 15
6) RED CHILLY POWDER – 1/4 TSP
7) SALT TO TASTE
8) CHAAT MASALA – 1/2 TSP
9) BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1 TSP
10) MAYONESE – 1 TBSP
11) TOMATO SAUCE – 1 TSP
12) POMOGRANTE SEES – 1/4 CUP
13) GREEN CHUTNEY – FOR SERIVING
14) CHEESE CUBE – 2
Take a big bowl. Add mayonese, chaat masala, salt to taste, tomato sauce, red chilly powder, black pepper powder ad mix well.
Take another bowl and add boiled potato, chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, salt to taste and mix well. Add prepared mayonese mixture and mix well. Topping is ready now.
Take a microwave safe plate and put khasta mathari puri in round shape.
Grate cheese over them. Put it in microwave for 30 seconds so that cheese is melted.
Take out after 1 minutes.
Prepare another plate in same way.
Take one plate and add green chutney over microwaved puri. Add pomegrante seeds and coriander leaves.
Take cheese puri from another plate and pur over topping.
Add again green chutney , pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
Cheese chaat puri is ready now.
Serve and enjoy yummy taste.
