Veg lollipop banane ki recipe jo baccho ko bahoot hi pasand aayegi. Bahoot hi aasan aur jald ban jaane wala breakfast hai.
1) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR – 1 TBSP
2) BREAD SLICE – 12#
3) CORAINDER LEAVES – 1 TBSP
4) CAPSICUM – 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
5) ONION – 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
6) CABBAGE – 2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
7) CARROT – 2 TBSP GRATED
8) OIL AS NEEDED
9) CORIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
10) RED CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
11) TURMERIC POWDER – 1/4 TSP
12) CHAAT MASALA POWDER – 1/2 TSP
13) SALT TO TASTE
14) TOMATO SAUCE – 1 TBSP
15) SEV FOR COATING
Put a pan on gas and add oil
Add chopped onion and fry for 2 min till it become light pink in color
Add chopped capsicum and cabbage and mix well.
Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add grated carrot.
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, chaat masala. Mix well.
Cook for 2 minutes
Then add tomato catch up and coriander leaves.
Mix well. Stuffing is ready now. Kept it in a plate to cool down.
Add all purpose flour in big bowl . Add little water and mix well.
Take chopping board and take bread slice. Cut it in round shape with help of glass or cookie cutter. Prepare all breads of round shape.
Do not throw edges and use it by making bread crumbs.
Take round bread slice. Put stuffing over it with help of spoon. Put another bread over it and close . Dip it in all purpose slurry to coat properly. Then coat it from thin wheat sev ( Sevaiya )
prepare all lollipop in same way
Put tawa on gas and add 2 tbsp of oil. when oil is hot, put lollipop over it. Bring down gas to low.
Fry it from sides till they become golden brown and crisp.
Make all lollipops in same way.
Serve them with garnishing of tomato sauce and enjoy delicious taste
