Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add water. Add chopped cauliflower and salt to taste. Boil for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn off gas. Take out cauliflower in a plate.
Add chopped onion, ginger-green chilly-garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, rice flour, besan, chopped coriander leaves, pinch of baking soda, asafeatida and little water. Mix well to make thick batter. Batter should be like that it form a coat on florist of cauliflowers.
Put a on on gas with high flame. Add oil. When oil is hot, add florist one be one. Fry till they become crispy and golden brown in colour. Take them out in a plate. Fry rest of pakode in same way.
Serve with tomato sauce , green chutney and enjoy delicious taste.
