1) CAULI FLOWER – 250 GM
2) BESAN – 1 CUP
3) RICE FLOUR – 3 TBSP
4) SALT TO TASTE
5) GREEN CHILLY – 2
6) GINGER – SMALL
7) RED CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
8) TURMERIC POWDER – 1/4 TSP
9) CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP
10) GARAM MASALA – 1 TSP
11) CORIANDER LEAVES – 1/4 CUP
12) OIL FOR FRY
13) ONION – 2 CHOPPED
Take a bowl. Grate cauliflower with help of grater.
Add red chilly powder, salt to taste, chaat masala, garam masala, ginger green chilly paste, turmeric powder, onion, chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Add besan and rice flour. Prepare dough. No need of water here.
Take small lemon size dough in oily hand and roll to make tikki shape.
Prepare all tikkies in same way and put in a plate.
Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil. When oil is hot, bring down flame to low. Add cutlets one by one. Fry till they become golden brown in colour. Take them out in serving plate.
Serve with green chutney , tomato sauce and enjoy delicious taste.
