Crispy Besan Breakfast Recipe

INGREDIENTS :
1) POTATO – 2 BOILED
2) BESAN – 1 CUP
3) GREEN CHILLY – 1
4) GINGER – SMALL
5) SALT TO TASTE
6) CORIANDER LEAVES – 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
7) RED CHILLY POWDER – 1/2 TSP
8) TURMERIC POWDER – 1/2 TSP
9) CARROM SEEDS – 1/2 TSP
10) WATER – 1.5 CUP
झटपट बन आने वाला बेसन का नास्ता

Method :

Tale a bowl and add besan.

Add carrom seeds, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger and green chilly paste, salt to taste, 1.5 cup of water.

Mix well to make thin consistency smooth batter. Ensure no lumps are formed.

Put non stick kadhai on gas with medium flame. Add batter in kadhai and keep stirring till it become thick. Ensure no lumps are formed, hence keep stirring.

Add 2 tbsp oil and mix well. Batter become thick now . Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Turn off gas .

Take a greased plate and add batter in it and spread with help of flat spoon. Let it cool down for 30 minutes

After cool down, cut them into pieces of your choice.

Put non stick pan on gas with high flame. Add 1/4 cup of oil.

When oil is hot, add cut pieces on tawa and fry from both sides till they become golden brown in color. Take them out in serving plate.

Serve with tomato sauce / green chutney and enjoy mouth watering taste.
