झटपट बन जाने वाला मजेदार नास्ता – पिज़्ज़ा पूरी | Instant Breakfast – Pizza Puri Recipe

INGREDIENTS :
1) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR – 1 CUP
2) CHEESE CUBE – 3
3) CHILLY FLAKES – 1 TBSP
4) ORAGANO – 1 TBSP
5) SALT TO TASTE
6) OIL FOR FRY

Method :

Take all purpose flour in a bowl.

Add grated cheese. Add mix herbs, chilly flakes and salt to taste.

Mix well.

Add little water and mix well to prepare stiff dough. Need little water.

Knead for 3-4 minutes to make it smooth.

Make 2 equal parts and prepare big peda.

Take one peda on rolling board and roll it to make big roti shape. Keep it little thick. Tap fork all over.

Cut it with help of cutter in shape of pizza. Prepare 8 puri shapes of pizza.

Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil.

When oil is hot, add puri one by one and fry till they become crips and golden brown in colour. Take them out in serving plate.

Prepare all puries in same way.

Serve puri by sprinkle mix herbs and enjoy yummy pizza puri.
