Moong Dal Halwa Recipe | मूंग की दाल का हलवा | Soaked Moong Dal Halwa Recipe | Moong Dal Sheera. SPROUTED GREEN GRAM HALWA II अंकुरित मूंग दाल का हलवा
INGREDIENTS :
1) SPROUTED MUNG – 1 CUP
2) SUGAR – 3/4 CUP
3) MILK – 2 CUP
4) ALMOND – 6-7
5) CASHEW NUT -5-6
6) GHEE – 1/2 CUP
7) CARDAMOM – 3-4 -POWDER

Method :

Take a mixer jar and add mung . Grind to make paste.

Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add ghee.

When ghee is hot, add sprouted mung paste. Mix well.

Keep gas to low flame. cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

Add milk and mix well. Keep gas on high flame. Stir well till milk is burnt out . If you wish you can add little green food colour.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds and mix well. When sugar is melted and mixed , turn off gas.

Take it out in serving plate. Garnish with chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
