Method : Preparation of Kiwi Syrup :- Add corn flour, kiwi juice and sugar into milk bowl . Mix well so that no lumps are formed. Add it in a kadhai and put on gas with high flame. Stir continuously till it become little thicker. Turn off gas. Kiwi syrup is ready.
Take a plate and arrange biscuits in rectangular shape. Pour kiwi syrup over it and spread properly. Arrange another layer and pour kiwi syrup. put it in freezer for 30 minutes to get it set.
Preparation of Orange syrup:
Add custered powder and sugar in orange juice pan. Stir well so that no lumps are formed. Put it on gas with high flame. Stir continuously till it become little thicker. Turn off gas. Orange syrup is ready.
After 30 minutes when syrup is set, take it out. Make whip cream layer with help of icing bag and spread evenly. Put biscuits to make layer over whip cream. Pour ornage syrup evenly over it and make thick layer.
Put it in freezer for over night to set properly. Take it out and cut into pieces.
Serve in a plate and enjoy delicious Tiranga Pudding with flavor of Happy Republic Day..!
