Diwali Special – Rose Ladoo Recipe | 3 min Rose Coconut Ladoo| Nariyal Laddu Instant Indian sweet | लाजवाब रोज लाडू
1) SEMOLINA – 1 CUP
2) COCONUT POWDER -1/4 CUP
3) POWDER SUGAR -1/2 CUP
4) GHEE – 1/4 CUP
5) CARDAMOM POWDER – 1 TSP
6) MAWA – 1/4 CUP
7) CASHEW NUT POWDER -1/4 CUP
8) ROSE SYRUP – 2 TBSP
9) ROSE ESSENCE – 3-4 DROPS
10) DRY ROSE PETALS – 2 TBSP
11) PISTA – FOR GARNISHING
Put a pan on gas with low flame. Add ghee. When ghee is hot, add semlina.
Roast till semolina start changing color and becoming crips. Raw taste of semolina should be removed. Turn off gas.
Transfer semlina in a plate. Add cashew powder, cinnamon powder, roasted mawa, coconut powder, fry rose petals, 3-4 drops of rose essence. Mix well.
Add powder sugar and mix with help of hand to make mixture with proper binding. If required add little ghee .
Take lemon size mixture in hand and roll to give ball shape. Dip in coconut powder to coat properly.
Prepare all laddu in same way.
Serve laddu and enjoy mouth watering taste.
You can store them in air tight container in freeze.
