Coriander leaves pakode recipe | Coriander Pakode

धनिया से बना ये मजेदार नास्ता अगर एक बार खायेंगे तो जरूर हर बार बनाएंगे
Coriander Pakode – which is very easy and instant to make at home and very crispy and delicious in taste. I am very much sure that if you will try this once than you will love this.
INGREDIENTS :
1) BESAN – 1/2 CUP
2) RICE FLOUR – 2 TBSP
3) CORIANDER LEAVES – 1 CUP CHOPPED
4) SALT TO TASTE
5) OIL FOR FRY
6) GREEN CHILLY – 1
7) GINGER – SMALL
8) GARLIC – 4-5
9) PINCH OF BAKING SODA
1O) LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP

Method :

Add besan and rice flour in big bowl. Add green chilly, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt to taste, coriander leaves.

Add little water and prepare thick batter.

Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil . When oil is hot, add pinch of soda in batter and mix well. Take small amount of batter in hand or spoon and add in hot oil. Add as many as possible in pan. Fry till they become golden brown in colour.

Take them out and fry rest of pakode in same way.

Serve with green chutney , tomato sauce and enjoy delicious taste.
