rice pakora recipe | chawal ke pakode | चावल के पकौड़े | basi chawal ke pakode
1) RICE – 1 CUP
2) UDAD DAAL – 2 TSP
3) CHANA DAAL – 1 TSP
4) ONION – 2
5) CORINADER LEAVES – 1/4 CUP
6) GREEN CHILLY -2
7) GINGER – SMALL
8) SALT TO TASTE
9) CURD – 1 TSP
10) BAKING SODA – 1/2 TSP
Take a bow and add 1 cup left over rice, udad daal, chana daal. Add water and soak for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove water. Transfer to mixer jar . Add little water and grind to make batter with thick consistency. Take out in a bowl.
Add salt to taste, ginger- green chilly paste, chopped onion, coriander leaves and curd. Mix well.
Put a pan gas with high flame. Add oil.
When oil is hot, Add baking soda in batter and mix well.
Add small pakoda batter in oil for fry with help of hand or spoon. Fry till they become golden brown in colour and crispy.
Take them out in serving plate.
Serve with chutny and enjoy delicious taste
