Veg frankie | Franky recipe

INGREDIENTS :
1) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR – 1/2 CUP
2) CARROT – 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
3) CAPSICUM – 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
4) ONION – 1 CHOPPED
5) BOILED CORN – 1/2 CUP
6) SALT TO TASTE
7) CORIANDER LEAVES – 2 TBSP CHOPPED
8) CHEEZE CUBE – 2
9) CHILLY FLAKES – 1 TSP
19) MIX HERBS – 1 TSP
11) ORAGANO – 1/2 TSP
12) BLACK PEPPER POWDER -1/2 TSP
13) GREEN CHILLY – 1 CHOPPED
14) GHEE – 1.5 TBPS
15) TOMATO SAUCE – 1 TBSP

Method :

Put a tawa on gas with high flame. Add ghee.

When ghee is hot, add garlic ginger paste . Mix well. Add onion and mix well. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add chopped carrot and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add capsicum and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled corn, organo, mix herbs, chilly flakes, black pepper powder, salt to taste. Mix well.

Add cheese, tomato catch up, coriander leaves and mix well. Masala is ready. Turn off gas.

Put a tawa on gas to prepare roti.

Prepare roti dough and take peda. Roll it on rolling board to make roti.

Put roti on tawa . Before it start forming brown spot, flip it to other side. In same way check and take out before it form brown spots. Put it in a plate.

Prepare all roti in same way.

Take prepared roti and apply ghee on it. Put frankie masala over it.

Spread it with help of spoon.

Fold roti with stuffing. Prepare all frankie in same way.

Put a tawa on gas with high flame. Add 1 tsp of ghee and spread.

Put 2 frankies on tawa for fry. Check and flip to fry till it become golden brown in colour from both sides.

Take out in serving plate. Fry rest of frankies in same way.

Serve farnkie and enjoy delicious taste.
