Instant and easy..with tangy taste !! बेसन और आटे की लाजवाब चटपटी पूरी | Besan And Wheat Flour Puri | Masala Puri Recipe .

Method :

Add besan in a big bowl.

Add red carrom seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt to taste. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well and knead to make think consistency batter.

Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 1 tbsp oil.

When oil is hot, add batter. Mix well. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.

Cook till it become thick and lumpy. Turn off gas. Take it out in a plate.

Let it cool down.

Add wheat flour and mix well. Knead well to prepare stiff dough. No need of water here.

Add 2 tbsp of oil and knead for 2-3 minutes to make it smooth.

Prepare big peda and roll it on rolling board with help of rolling pin. Prepare big roti shape.

Cut it in round shape with help of edge of glass or cookie cutter. Press and prepare small puries. Use left over dough to prepare puri again.

Put a on gas with high flame. Add oil.

When oil is hot, add puri one by one. Fry till they become golden brown in colour from both side and fluffy. Take them out in a plate.

Prepare all puries in same way.

Serve with pickle, curd, raita or sabji and enjoy delicious taste.
