5 मिनट में बनाये पार्लेजी बिस्कुट के मोदक | Parle G Biscuit Modak | Chocolate Modak Recipe.
सिर्फ ५ मिनट में बिना गैस के बिस्कुट मोदक बनाने का तरीका |
1) BRITANIA / PARLE G BISCUIT – 1 PACKET
2) COCONUT POWDER – 3 TBSP
3) SUGAR POWDER – 3 TBSP
4) GHEE – 2.5 TBSP
5) MILK – 3 TBSP
6) CHOCOLATE SYRUP – 1 TBSP
Take mixer jar and add biscuit’s pieces. Grind it to make powder.
Take out and filter through seive to separate out big pieces if any. Grind it again if required.
Add chocolate syrup, ghee and mix well.
Add little milk and make smooth dough. Kneed for 3-4 minutes to prepare proper binding. Keep it aside for 5 minutes by closing lid.
For stuffing, take coconut powder in a bowl. Add powder sugar, ghee and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
Take big lemon size lemon lump in hand and press to make tikki shape. Put stuffing in center and fold from edges. Roll it to make round ball.
Insert it in modak mould and press it. Close mould and remove extra dough if any. Open mould and take out modak. Put it in a plate.
Prepare all modak in same way.
Garnish with coconut powder.
