1) BREAD CRUMBS – 2 CUP
3) BOILED CORN PASTE- 1 CUP
4) SALT TO TASTE
5) GREEN CHILLY -2
6) GINGER – SMALL
7) SEMOLINA FOR COATING
8) OIL FOR FRY
9) CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP
10) LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
11) BLACK SALT -1 TSP
12) RED CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
13) SPINACH PASTE – 1/2 CUP
14) CHEESE – 1 CUBE
Take a big bowl and add fresh bread crumbs.
Add boiled corn paste, grated cheese, red chilly powder, black salt, ginger green chilly paste, lemon juice, chaat masala, blanched spinach and salt to taste. Mix them well to prepare dough.
Take big lemon size dough in hand and roll to make ball shape.
Prepare all balls in same way and put them in a plate.
Take semolina in a plate.
Coat ball by dipping in semolina plate . Prepare all balls in same way.
Put a pan on gas with high flame. When oil is hot, add balls one by one. Fry till they become golden brown in color and crisp.
Take them out and transfer to plate.
Serve with green chutney / tomato sauce with garnishing with tooth picks.
